Moatery is an educational tool that helps users analyze publicly traded companies through the lenses of historical investors. It is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.

All output from Moatery — including AI-generated analyses, lens perspectives, confidence ratings, and impact checks — is for educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a licensed advisor before acting on any analysis.

Moatery uses AI models which can produce inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information. Always verify against primary sources (10-Q, 10-K, earnings transcripts) before forming conclusions. We make no warranty about accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person per account. No automated scraping or commercial redistribution of outputs.

Moatery is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of this service.
